Processing and follow-up time:
Processing time for all other products is 3-5 days.
We will send you another email with tracking information when your order has shipped from our warehouse.
So be patient and keep an eye on your inbox.
Shipping packing:
For logistical reasons, some items of the same order may be shipped in separate packages. This means that you may not receive all of your products in the 1 pack.

Refund and replacement policies
If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost for
you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours.
Our store does not accept returns or exchanges, once an item is received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if you meet the following criteria:

I ordered more than 1 item and I only received one item, why?
As we have some warehouses, we don't have all of our products in one place, so when you place an order
multiple items at once, each item will be shipped separately. Then you will probably receive an item
before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once or in the same package - they will arrive!
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What's going on?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Please check your SPAM folder to see if
your confirmation email was sent there.
