Returns Policy

Below we explain all the information you should know about our shipments, return and cancellation policies.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.


Additional non-returnable products:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refund (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be refunded in a gift card to use in the store with the value of the refund. To initiate your claim, you must contact hello@madeinnica.com with the purchase information, Photographs that show the reason for the claim. Once the refund is confirmed, you will receive a coupon valid for 30 days to be used in the online store.


Late or lost refunds (where applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@madeinnica.com then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your credit to spend in the store is effective
If you have followed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@madeinnica.com.

Sale items (where applicable)
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@madeinnica.com and send the item to the address assigned by our customer service, you can contact us at hello@madeinnica.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.


Shipment
To return your product, you must send them to the address assigned by our customer service, you can contact us at hello@madeinnica.com

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
